4th Lean Sigma & Kaizen for Pharma R&D Conference

4th Lean Sigma & Kaizen for Pharma R&D Conference
March 1st - 2nd, 2011 at The Hyatt Regency Miami

Creating Added Value for the Customer through a Culture of Continuous Improvement

Dear Colleague,

Let's keep the momentum going with Lean Sigma activity!

We are excited to present the program for the 4th installment of the Lean Sigma & Kaizen for Pharmaceutical R&D Conference.

The interest in participation has been stronger then ever from both pharmaceutical companies who have participated in the past and those who will be presenting for the first time.  Piggy-backing off a great line-up of talks in Berlin this past September, the agenda will once again take a close look at process improvement within the preclinical and clinical arenas.

The goal is to equip the conference attendee with examples and strategies that can be implemented within their organization upon return from the conference. Also, our interactive and networking-driven workshop session will allow all attendees to solve problems specific to their own job responsibilities through Critical Question Mapping and help from other colleagues.

I look forward to seeing you again, or meeting you for the first time in Miami!

Sincerely,
Matthew Millman

JUSTIFY YOUR TRIP!

If you have to first convince your boss it’s worth your time and the company’s money to go, you’re not alone. Past conference attendees have helped us create justification documents that will let you make your case on why this is a must attend conference for you. Feel free to download and customize the letter below as you see fit, adding immediate problems you’ll be able to solve and long-term initiatives you’ll be able to implement. Chances are good you’ll be able to do those things… and more after the conclusion of our 2011 event.
