Adam has 30 years experience in the service industry and the last 16 years in the field of meeting planning, specializing in services to the pharmaceutical industry. In 2000, he relocated to the US to establish a meeting services group for a major medical communications company and thereafter oversaw the global servicing of several major client accounts and the management of some 65 planners. In 2003 he joined Universal CIT and since then he has overseen the development of the US operation and its expertise in terms of global delivery. Acquired by United Drug in 2008 and re-branded as UniversalProcon, the company now has over 70 staff across three offices in the US and over 80 staff in the UK and is one of the fastest growing and most reputable companies in the pharmaceutical meetings sector.
