Blaine Davis Bio

Blaine Davis is Vice President, Corporate Affairs of Endo Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Davis joined Endo in May 2008. In this role, he leads the company’s Investor Relations, Communications and Alliance Management functions.

Prior to joining Endo, Mr. Davis was Director of Alliance Management within the Corporate & Business Development unit at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he was responsible for the overall management of the Bristol-Myers Squibb/AstraZeneca collaboration in diabetes. In this position he acted as strategic advisor to senior management across both organizations, ensured efficiencies in program development and implementation and led negotiations related to the collaboration.

Mr. Davis joined Bristol-Myers Squibb in January 2005 as Director of Investor Relations where he was responsible for managing the company's relationships and strategic communications with analyst and investment communities. He also advised senior management on capital markets dynamics, valuation and external perceptions. He was also responsible for the management of all quarterly conference calls, investor meetings and analyst/investor conferences.

Prior to 2005, Mr. Davis was a Vice President/Sector Head of the Financial Services and Real Estate Team within the Corporate Advisory Services group at Thomson Financial. In this position he analyzed shareholder trends and provided consulting services to publicly traded companies developing strategic investor relations programs. He also provided scenario-mapping and insights related to mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, secondary offerings and corporate restructurings.

Mr. Davis received his B.A. in Biology and Psychology from Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont.
