Craig Coffman is currently the Director, Clinical Business Operations and Outsourcing at Endo Pharmaceuticals.  Primarily providing strategic direction, oversight and expertise to the organization in order to bring operational excellence to the business planning and financial management of clinical trials; and to the identification, selection and management of external service providers.   Craig has a very comprehensive background with strong management experience and a solid track record of accomplishments in all phases of drug development (preclinical, clinical, and manufacturing), medical marketing and sales.  Throughout his career, Craig has held senior management and leadership positions in CROs in clinical operations, business development and marketing capacities, including being charged with starting new departments and/or offices.  Prior to joining Endo, Craig has run a successful outsourcing consulting business for the past five years, providing his expertise to numerous pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.  In his greater than 20 years of experience in this industry he has seen and contributed to the business practices of many organizations and brings a wealth of knowledge on which to base best practices.
