Dawn is currently a Director of Policy & Compliance within Healthcare Association Management at Pfizer.  She has been with Pfizer for over 11 years. In this role she is responsible for the standardization of the overall operations of the HCAM team, to include HCP Compliance, state reporting, budget analysis, team metrics & financial savings.  Dawn works closely with WW & US finance for forecasting, accruals and reconciling of convention, congress, housing & symposia budgets of over 200 events annually as well as coordinating with the exhibit houses and vendor relationships and interfacing with national medical associations for implementation of Pfizer’s presence.  Dawn also manages three direct reports in her role.

Due to the many different areas Dawn manages, she will be able to share a variety of ‘best practices’ from her hands on experience as well as from her team’s experience.
