Donna is responsible for internal communications for GlaxoSmithKline’s Oncology R&D business, as well as all R&D HR employee communications. She has over 20 years experience in strategic communications management both internally and externally, in addition to marketing communications.  Prior to joining GSK in June 2009, Donna worked at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals where she was responsible for strategic internal communications, including executive communications, for three therapeutic areas - oncology, hemophilia, and rheumatology - in addition to communications for the Vaccines Business Unit. Prior to venturing into the wild world of pharma, Donna spent the majority of her career in financial services communications.
