Erica Schirmer has been in the biopharmaceutical industry for 27 years. She is Global Operations Lead for the Clinical Registry group at Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research and Development and was in the Regulatory Medical Writing group for several years before moving to that role. She began her career as an organic chemist for the former Ciba-Geigy Corporation and also for Ortho Pharmaceutical Corporation.

Erica has an MBA in the Management of Technology and Master’s Degrees in Management and Organic Chemistry.
