Provides strategic direction, leadership and management to Country Heads within Latin America to secure the successful completion of clinical deliverables within the assigned studies. This includes training, management and leadership of executive staff to contribute to the successful delivery of clean data from valuable patients within project parameters of time, quality and costs. This position will provide direct supervision, support, training and mentoring to the Country Experts, will be responsible for performance assessments and annual review of them. Define strategies for resource utilizations, policies development and implementations of goals by working with leader in all different departments on the continuous development of the business process to support cross functional teams ensuring work is uniform. Complete and managed appropriately within the assigned region.
