Helen is a converging leader that directs and consults organizations in the development and execution of marketing communication strategies and project plans. Since 2003, she has successfully delivered for divisions of Roche Diagnostics including Diabetes Care, Laboratory, Molecular and Research Use Only Diagnostic products and services. She marks results in introducing procedures such as ‘Convention Selection & Planning’, ‘Determining ROI; Leads & Metrics’, ‘Meetings and Events Execution Procedure’ and continues to maximize return through the management of strategic plans/budgets. An innovator of programs, Helen serves as a catalyst that stimulates the market/stakeholders and has earned awards and recognition for her accomplishments. 

Prior to her tenure with Roche, Helen transitioned from the Automotive and Steel industry, where she excelled in brand management, media relations, marketing/communications and community relations.

Helen earned her BA in Corporate Communication from Walsh University in Ohio. An avid learner, she is fluent in Greek and in conversational French, continues to take courses to expand her knowledge and is pursuing her Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) Certification through Exhibitor/Northern Illinois University Outreach. In her spare time, she serves as the Roche co-chair for the American Heart Association Heart Walk, is a member of the NAPW, web content manager for the Phoenix Association and enjoys spending time with her four year old Chihuahua, Jennifer Lopez-Kalorides.
