After a number of years working for world-class software companies, Irina Osovskaya has joined Ortho-Biotech, division of Janssen-Cilag in 2001 where she was responsible for the successful launch of the CRM system to the sales, marketing and medical information teams. In 2003 she took the responsibility for leading eBusiness programmes for Janssen-Cilag and Ortho Biotech in the UK and Ireland, focusing on how to maximize sales promotion and improved service through new and innovative channels. Irina received a Master of Science degree in Information Systems and Computing from Brunel University and Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
