Before establishing his own regulatory compliance practice, John held the position of Sr. Director of Marketing Compliance for Centocor, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. In this role he developed regulatory compliance programs within corporate and healthcare compliance programs to ensure company commercial activities, including corporate policy, public relations, and advertising remain in compliance with FDA laws and regulations. Over the past decade and a half, John has led promotional regulatory affairs teams for some of the largest, most complex, and most successful pharmaceutical and biotechnology products while working for Centocor/J&J, AstraZeneca, and Astra Merck.

With the establishment of a successful regulatory consulting practice, John currently serves multiple clients within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries and has helped companies to develop creative regulatory strategies for traditional and new media opportunities. John is also the author and founder of Regulationships.com and GoodReprintPractices.com covering complex issues relevant to compliance and regulation in drug marketing.
