Joseph Hopkins serves as the Head of US Procurement Operations for Allergan Inc.  He joined the company on January 4, 2005. 

Prior to Allergan, he served as the Director of Global eSourcing for GlaxoSmithKline (GSK).  He had responsibilities for creating and managing the organization’s eSourcing (systematic automation of strategic sourcing processes and methodologies) platform and program.

Prior to joining GSK, Joseph was a Senior Sales Executive for 3M.  Prior to 3M, he served as a Sourcing Group Manager for Kaiser Permanente for a number of years. 

He holds a BA and MBA degree.

Joseph is married with two daughters.  His hobbies include gardening, Mountain Biking and golf.
