Mark A. Lanfear is a graduate of the University of Michigan. He holds Degrees in Health Care Sciences and Biological Sciences. He has participated as an adjunctive professor at the U of M School of Public Health’s graduate program in Clinical Research Design and Statistical Analysis; as well as Eastern Michigan University’s program in Clinical Research Administration. Mr. Lanfear has been a speaker at the Partnerships Conference and the Clinical Trials Congress conference for the past three years presenting on the Globalization of outsourcing in the pharmaceutical industry and How Metrics influence outsource decision making; he is respected as a cutting-edge leader in this field. Over his tenure in the industry Mr. Lanfear has successfully directed departments within Abbott Laboratories, i3-Statprobe, Pfizer Research and Development, KV Pharmaceuticals, Hoffman-La Roche, and currently is Vice President of World Wide Strategic Alliances for Kforce Clinical Research. Mr. Lanfear has recently returned from traveling to Eastern Europe and Latin America where he has been operating clinical trials with CRO partners. Additionally Mark has developed and executed a successful long term partnership with a full service CRO located in Mumbia India for development, monitoring and data-management. Mr. Lanfear is current member of the Drug Information Association, the Association of Clinical Research Professionals, a Contributor to the PharmaVoice periodical and an educational member of the American Diabetes Association.
