Martin has more than 20 years of experience within R&D improving value creation, quality, and collaboration across R&D and downstream activities. Currently he works as a consultant at Valcon Innovation within the area of R&D in pharmaceutical and medical device companies implementing structural changes, process improvements, conducting management seminars and making Lean strategy & implementation.
Martin is Valcon’s anchor in their global Life Sciences R&D networking and competence development activities and heads a Swedish-Danish Lean Pharma R&D Network. He holds a M.Sc. in Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and an Executive MBA in Technology Management. He is based at Valcon’s office in Copenhagen Denmark.
