Naisha is a financial controller with sanofi-aventis, in Bridgewater NJ. Her primary focus is to over see all financial aspects of the brand/departmental expenses, including preparation of Budgets, Forecasts, project approval/ tracking, and sales analysis.

Prior to joining sanofi-aventis in 2008, she worked for Johnson & Johnson in a myriad of roles ranging from supply chain, sales, and contracting. She is a graduate of their prestigious Financial Leadership Development Program and brings a wealth of knowledge in cash management, talent development, process efficiency and client relations.

Currently, Naisha is residing in Ewing NJ which her husband and son, she is a graduate of Penn State University, and is currently pursuing her Project Management Certification (PMP). With a niche for adapting to change and transition, she is delighted to share this case study at the 6th Annual Pharmaceutical Meetings Planner Summit.
