Over 20 years of diverse US pharmaceutical leadership experience, historically in commercial operations in sales, marketing and training and since 2005 in clinical development operations. Led the US Clinical Trial Operations Organization for Organon Biosciences for 3 years prior to acquisition by Schering Plough.. During that time succeeded in achieving all major clinical projects timelines on time and with high quality despite potential integration distraction. At Schering Plough accountable for managing a team responsible for clinical trial management operations support, including trial execution, compliance reporting metrics, and process improvement. Now with Merck, accountable for global clinical metrics reporting and performance measurement.
Prior to joining the Pharmaceutical industry, began her career as a Registered Nurse focusing on Maternal Child Care and specializing in educating graduate nurses in the clinical setting. After securing a BS in Business Administration and Finance, joined the industry as a territory sales manager. Joined Organon in US headquarters as a sales trainer, and continuously increased both depth and breadth of experience through accepting various functional leadership roles.
Throughout her career, a strong believer in identifying the correct success criteria and using the appropriate metrics to channel the organization’s behaviors to drive operational performance. In her spare time, prefers to focus her energy on driving the performance of her botanicals.
