Nilesh currently works as a Data Specialist at Bristol Myers Squibb (Belgium) and within that function he provides strategic leadership for the collection, review, analysis and reporting of clinical trials data.  Additionally he is a trained Kaizen Leader.

Nilesh started having an interest in field of Continuous Improvement from early on his career, starting in the early 90’s when working for Wellcome Research Laboratories (now GlaxoSmithKline) where he was trained and applied *Deming’s principles for business improvement to the process of clinical trials.

Nilesh has also led a training function within which one of the responsibilities was to improve employee performance through training, and he now uses this experience to complement the current Lean Sigma projects that he works on by ensuring that the implementation is correctly supported through training that is properly evaluated.

Nilesh is passionate about the subject of continuous improvement and strives to apply the principles to his activities both within and outside of the workplace.

In his leisure time, Nilesh is an enthusiastic amateur photographer and an active Scout Leader and Scout Adult Trainer, always looking for ways to spend more time outdoors.
