Paula Meyers came to Eli Lilly and Company over 10 years ago, bringing with her several years of business experience, most notably her experience in creating and implementing business processes.  Currently, she is the Operations Associate for Global Meetings and Events, and in this role, is responsible for the implementation and management of contracting operations, and administration of standards and policies for international Health Care Providers.

Prior to her present assignment, Paula was a project manager for international congresses and exhibits in Global Congress Management.  Additionally, she has held roles in clinical trial operations, sales and business development.

Outside her professional endeavors, Paula edits books for publication and consults on real estate staging and home improvement.  She and her husband, Gary, live in Franklin, Indiana, and have three children.
