Sally Jacob is Director, Corporate Communications for Amgen, the world’s leading independent biotechnology medicines company. Sally heads Corporate Brand Communications, the team charged with ensuring the Amgen brand identity and value proposition is expressed effectively, authentically, and consistently across geographies, audiences, and media. She plays a leading role in Amgen’s corporate reputation management and measurement activities and in cross-functional team efforts to expand and evolve digital communications and social media strategy and governance for Amgen worldwide.
Sally joined Amgen in 2004. From 1997-2004 she held various communications positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, including leadership roles in internal communications and executive communications. She received a B.A. cum laude in history from Princeton University and an M.A. in English from Cornell University.
