Sarah works across a variety of disciplines including business strategy, research, emerging technology, and analytics. As co-founder and innovator of the social media practice at Digitas Health, her work has resulted in a proprietary suite of products for the healthcare industry. She specializes in social media research, especially the importance of listening to the rapidly growing digital conversation around health and wellness issues, as well as crafting response strategies with particular consideration for the unique legal, regulatory, and ethical challenges of the industry.
She has recently presented at several business conferences including ExL Digital Pharma and PhIMA events focused on listening to the voice of the customer and understanding what these insights mean for clients.
A summa cum laude graduate from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Neuroscience, Sarah has spent the past eight years studying science and medicine, performing related clinical research, and working with healthcare agencies and research firms in a strategic capacity.
