Sheli is the Managing Partner jointly responsible for the Life Sciences practice at Knowlegent Group, with a focus on the commercial operations of pharmaceutical companies.  He brings 25 years of experience in sales and marketing systems of global pharmaceutical companies including complex applications for sales forces, sales analytics, master data management, and compliance.  Sheli is committed to developing concrete relationships between Knowledgent and its pharmaceutical customers, and driving innovative knowledge based solutions for the challenges they will face in the next decade.

Previously, he was an executive at Dendrite International as a result of his previous venture, Software Associates International (SAI), being acquired by Dendrite in 2002.   Sheli was a co-founder of SAI, a 2 person software and services company formed in 1994 which grew into a highly successful 180 person company with $23 Million in revenues doing business with the majority of the Top 20 Pharmaceutical companies in the USA. Besides the many awards his company earned, Sheli was the recipient of the 1998 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in NJ.  Prior to forming SAI, Sheli spent 5 years at IMS Health in various roles spanning from programming to business development.  Mr. Gupta has a degree in Kings College University of London, B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer and Electronic Engineering.
