Sloan Rachmuth is the co-founder of HEALTHeME, a personalized health service that offers an e-Health/m-Health clinical support tool for weight management in primary care. Sloan is also currently a PhD candidate in Media Psychology at Fielding Graduate University . Her current research focuses on the design and deployment of patient-centered behavioral interventions.

Sloan has a double major in psychology and legal studies from Harvard University. While at Harvard, Sloan conducted behavior research at Harvard Medical School and at MIT in the areas of cognitive disorders, memory, and learning.
