Solomon joined Celtic Pharma Development (CPD) in August, 2006 and is now Senior Director of Outsourcing and Alliance Management for both Celtic Pharma and Celtic Therapeutics.  In this capacity, Solomon is responsible for implementing and overseeing the entire outsourcing process and strategy for all functions (pre-clinical, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, etc.) within Celtic.  In addition, Solomon is responsible for continuing to build relationships and partnerships with key CROs and service providers working with Celtic.

Solomon has held previous positions in Research, Finance, and Outsourcing at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, and Novartis. 

Solomon holds a BA in Biology from Yeshiva University and an MBA in Finance and Management from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
