Susan H. Watkins, MBA has been working for sanofi pasteur, the vaccines division of sanofi-aventis Group, since 2005, starting in product PR in the U.S. business unit and moving up to global communications, primarily for R&D, after two years. 
Her previous experience includes working as an account executive for two pharmaceutical marketing communications agencies in the Philadelphia area, as a project manager in managed care marketing at GlaxoSmithKline, as a marketing manager for an HMO, as public relations director for two health-care systems, and as a broadcast journalist, including for the NPR-affiliate in Philadelphia.  Susan has served as company spokesperson for several of her employers.
Her undergraduate degree in journalism with a broadcast news emphasis and a minor in public relations is from The Pennsylvania State University, and she earned her MBA with a focus in marketing management from DeSales University.
