Tammy Feverston holds management degrees from Ursinus College (BA), and West Chester University (MBA).  She joined Merck Meeting Services (MMS) five years ago.  Merck is a global healthcare company and MMS sits within the Global Services organization.  MMS is a centralized meetings department that operates within a strategic management model and the team works with clients company-wide and is in the early stages of globalizing their services.  Tammy's role is to manage data and metrics, supporting technology, website and communications, and integrate Sigma methodologies.  Recently, she led the effort to bring together data, technology and related processes from two companies.
