Tracy Hudson began her career within the pharmaceutical industry in the early 90's work within the CRO environment. Tracy specialized in partner relationships and client-based sales and administration. In 2000, Tracy joined Aventis Pharmaceuticals in global Outsourcing Operations. While at Aventis, Tracy focused on internal global core business processes and operational and financial efficiencies within the CRO compliment. In 2005 left Aventis to lead Clinical Operations Resource Management at Schering-Plough. CORM was responsible for establishing and maintaining a customized corporate sourcing strategy at the program, study and functional level including Phase I-IV headquarters, GMA and country operations. Activities were focused on Contract Management, Vendor Management - including vendor qualification, relationship management, governance and performance management and Resource Management including an 18-month resource forecast at the trial allocation and country allocation level. In mid-2009, Tracy joined Sepracor Inc as the Senior Director of Clinical Outsourcing and is currently leading a corporate sourcing strategy initiative.
